Board of Directors

The Londonbury Board of Directors is made up of nine (9) homeowners.  Each homeowner volunteers to serve a two (2) year term. These individuals manage the Londonbury Homes Association and meet monthly at the Londonbury clubhouse.
 
The Londonbury Homes Association:
 
  • Maintains the integrity and aesthetics of Londonbury
  • Provides a forum for two-way communication and action
  • Oversees the maintenance of common property including:
    • Community Clubhouse
    • Swimming Pool
  • By providing sensible guidelines through the Covenants and By-Laws, the homeowners protect their investment and keep the community looking great and operating effectively
  • Coordinates fun community events, parties, and clubs
President - Mark Athanas ('24-'25)
The President shall preside at all meetings of the Board; see that orders and resolutions of the Board are carried out; execute written instruments on behalf of the Association; and co-sign checks with the Treasurer of the Association unless co-signed by the Vice President. Bank balances shall be verified by the President annually.
 
Vice President - Darren Beck ('24-'25)
The Vice President shall act in the place and stead of the President in the event of his or her absence, inability or refusal to act, and exercise and discharge any other duties as may be required by the Board. The Vice President shall be in charge of reviewing and advising the Board of actions needed to cause the Common Facilities to be maintained in first class condition and shall co-sign checks with the Treasurer of the Association unless co-signed by the President.
 
Secretary - Jonathan Hale ('24-'25)
The Secretary shall record the votes and keep the minutes of all meetings and proceedings of the Board and of the Members; keep the corporate seal of the Association (if any) and affix it on all papers requiring the seal; serve notice of meetings of the Board and of the Members; keep appropriate current records showing the Members of the Association together with their addresses, and perform any other duties as required by the Board.
 
Treasurer - John Davis ('24-'25)
The Treasurer shall receive and deposit in appropriate bank accounts in the name of the Association all monies of the Association and disburse funds as directed by resolution of the Board; sign all checks and promissory notes of the Association, with such checks and/or notes co-signed by the President or Vice President; maintain proper books of account; prepare an annual budget and monthly statements of income and expenditures and arrange for the filing of required governmental tax reports. The Treasurer shall be empowered to pay normal recurring costs without Board approval. All other expenditures, and expenditures over Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) shall require Board approval.
 
Maintenance Director - Jim O'Shaughnessy ('24-'26)
The Director of Maintenance will oversee the maintenance of the common properties including the clubhouse and landscaped areas throughout the Londonbury development, and serve as liaison between the Board and outside contractors involved in maintenance and repair of these common properties.
 
Pool Director - Marlena Horvath ('24-'25)
The Director of Pool Operations will oversee the operation and maintenance of the mechanical systems of the pump house and pool and serve as liaison between the Board and outside contractors involved in maintenance and repair of the mechanical systems.
 
Social Director - Ali McManigle ('24-'25)
The Director of Social Activities will oversee and administer leasing of the clubhouse and pool by members and organize and oversee social activities sponsored by the Association.
 
Director-at-Large - Eric Fogle (1) and Melissa Biggerstaff (2)
The Director-at-Large shall have duties and responsibilities as assigned to them by the Board.
